Cần tuyển kỹ sư hoặc cao hơn tốt nghiệp các trường Đại học chuyên ngành cơ điện tử, cơ khí , điện hoặc điều khiển, có kinh nghiêm 3 năm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng. Hiểu biết về hệ thống giáo dục và các qui trình về dự án. Thông thạo tiếng Anh v.v.v, làm đại diện cho hãng tại Việt nam.

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

 
 
We have an immediate need in our Business Development department for an Regional Sales Representative - APAC, to join our international team. The successful candidate will be working out of one of our local partner’s office in the APAC region. This position offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for a motivated sales professional to cultivate and grow business through our distribution partners in the APAC region.
 
This position reports directly to the Territory Manager and is responsible for the development of strong business relations with our distribution partners, and their customer base, in the Asia Pacific region.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 
Business Development
 
  • Develops and grows the business through distribution and technology partners for the APAC market (Includes: Korea, Japan, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand. Excludes: China, Taiwan, India, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka)
  • Meets established revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers at key institutions/funding agencies
  • Is responsible for ensuring the partners are delivering on their commitments
  • Proactively execute on the joint partner plan that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Coordinate the involvement of other departments, i.e. Engineering and Marketing, along with management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations

  • Establish credibility with prospective clients by demonstrating expertise and knowledge of academic solutions
  • Effectively listen to and engage clients in conversation in order to understand and identify their needs and then provide solutions through matching an appropriate product/service to satisfy the need
  • Posses the ability to confidently discuss issues such as: o Letters of intent, Letters of Credit o Payment terms o Shipping o Arranging demonstrations o Conflicts of interest o Regulations o Contracts
  • When applicable, assist the production team in ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget
  • Forecasts and reports regularly on direct sales and distributor activities
  • Investigate and understand academic/research funding mechanisms in the key countries in the region
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets with client expectations
  • Road show planning with distributors and attend industry conferences and tradeshows as required
  • Multi task at home base and on the road
  • Travel is required for this role (approximately 40% of the time)

QUALIFICATIONS Technical Knowledge & Skills

 

 
  • A Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering from a recognized University (preferably in the field of Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Control)
  • Proven technical sales ability (1-3 years)
  • Knowledge of higher education systems and funding process would be an asset
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Familiarity with Control Systems & Robotics would be an asset • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Access
